Dinamo 2 will play in Group A again and its rivals will be Kholkheti Poti, Shukura Kobuleti, Gagra, Meshakhte Tkibuli, Algeti Marneuli, Imereti Khoni, Mertskhali Ozurgeti, Skuri Tsalenjikha, Chkherimela Kharagauli, Adeli Batumi, Sapovnela Terjola, Kakheti Telavi, Liakhvi Tamarasheni.
The rule of moving to Umaghlesi League has also changed. After the end of the season, two winners of A and B groups (four teams in all) will play for two places in Umaghlesi League.
