Kolkheti – Dinamo | Before the match

FC Dinamo Tbilisi will compete with FC Kolkheti Poti in national championship 26th round match. The match in Poti at Park Arena will start at 16:00 and official web-page of our team will offer text and video report of the match.

 

Our rival

FC Kolkheti Poti was established in 1913 and the club was called Kolkhida till 1978. The team plays home matches at Pazisi stadium that is for 7500 spectators. The main colors of the club are white and blue. In 1978 and 1988 Kolkheti won regional championship. It played in the first match of the first Georgian national championship in 1990 under the name Kolkheti-1913. It competed against Iberia Tbilisi. Our rival achieved the best result in 1993/94 and 1996/97 seasons when it took the second place. In 1994/95, 1995/96 and 1997/98 seasons it took the third place. In the last season it took the second place in Pirveli Liga (Zone A) and moved to Umaghlesi Liga.

 

Coach and Kolkheti

The head coach of FC Kolkheti Poti is Gela Sanaia since October 2015. Under his leadership our ival lost on Georgian Cup with FC Dinamo Tbilisi. After 25 rounds Kolkheti is on the 11thplace with 26 points.

After winter pause our rival lost four matches in turn 0:1 with FC Dila Gori, 1:3 with FC Sioni Bolnisi, 0:1 with FC Dinamo Batumi and with FC Shukura Kobuleti with the same score. After that it defeated FC Torpedo Kutaisi 2:0, played two draws with FC Sapovnela Terjola and FC Tskhinvalo-0:0. FC Kolkheti lost with FC Locomotive 0:, defeated FC Chikhura Sachkhere 2:0 and lost with FC Saburtalo 0:5.
