Georgian U21 national team recorded a historic result at 2023 European Championship, which made the whole nation happy.
I would like to congratulate each player and coaching staff of U21 team on this impressive achievement. I am doubly happy because the role of Dinamo Tbilisi in this success is very big. Thirteen football players brought up by our academy compete in the national team, and six of them are active players of Dinamo.
Since the establishment of the academy, I have believed and publicly stated for many times that our correct work would bring success to Georgian football in a few years, and the current European Championship is a clear example of this.
Our national team will continue to participate in Euro 2023 and I believe that the players and the coaching staff will strive for highest goals.
