The Georgian youth national team played the last match of European Championship group stage qualifying round in Kutaisi against the North Macedonian youth national team and defeated the opponent with the score 2:1. 6 Dinamo players - Mikheil Makatsaria, Nikoloz Ugrekhelidze, Levan Osikmashvili, Davit Gotsiridze, Saba Khvadagiani and Vasilios Gordeziani were called up in U21 national team. Fisin Isak opened the score on the 52nd minute, Vasiliois Gordeziani restored the difference in ten minutes, and Nodar Lominadze scored the winning goal on the 71st minute.
With this win, Ramaz Svanadze's team took the second place in the group and won the right to play in the playoffs of the European Championship, in which they will meet the Croatian youth team. The matches will be held on November 15 and 19.
