The European Club Association organised its first Legal Workshop for club lawyers at the Allianz Arena in Munich.The head of Legal department of Dinamo Tbilisi, Levan Zukhbaia has attended the Workshop.
Levan Zukhbaia – The aim of this workshop was to provide insights into recent developments on both regulatory and jurisprudence level as well as on recurrent problematic issues. The main problem is the prolonged withdrawn decisions and also their execution. In many cases, the decision remains unexecuted. The workshop was aimed at finding the ways of solving these problems. Karl - Heinz Rummenige (ECA Chairman) is actively involved in this process. The invited clubs' Legal Service representatives (Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Dynamo Kiev, etc.) has shared their experience with each other.
