Today Dinamo Tbilisi U-19 team that participates in international tournament RUHR CUP 2014 in Dortmund will play two matches. Dinamo Tbilisi will play the first match against the host team Borussia Dortmund at 19:00 Tbilisi time. The match will be held against Viktoria Plzen U-19 (it substituted Olympiakos Piraeusica) at 21:30. The match in the group stage consists of two 20 minute halves. The matches for the third and fourth place will consist of 30 minute halves. The final match will last for 80 minutes (40 minute halves.)
Dinamo settled at hotel l’Arrivee hotel & spa in Dortmund. Kakhi Gogichaishvili took 18 players in Germany. They are: Gogi Kulua, Vakhtang Kapanadze, Zurab Japiashvili, Luka Lochoshvili, Giga Samkharadze, Vazha Kikava, Saba Kvernadze, Giorgi Vekua, Otar Kobakhidze, Davit Volkov, Archil Meskhi, Levan Isiani, Vasiko Gogolidze, Piruz Marakvelidze, Tornike Machavariani, Nika Lashkhia, Nikoloz Kurshavishvili, Andro Nemsadze.
It’s worth mentioning that none of the Georgian youth teams have ever played on such high rank tournament.
