On April 8 at 18:00 Dinamo Tbilisi will compete with FC Dila Gori in the first leg of Davit Kipiani Georgian Cup semi-final match at Dinamo Arena.
Our rival
Football club of Gori was established in 1949 year and has changed the title for several times. From 1961 year it is called Dila. FC Dila Gori plays home matches at Tengiz Burjanadze stadium which is for 8 300 spectators. The main symbols of the club are in light blue and purple. In 2008, after 18 years national championship had started, FC Dila Gori left Umaghlesi Liga. After that the club played in Meore Liga during 2009/2010 season. Dila returned in Umaghlesi Liga after 3 years pause. At first it gained license to play in Pirveli Liga and then in 2010/2011 season moved to Umaghlesi Liga. The club which was on the third place in Pirveli Liga defeated FC Samtredia with the score 2:0 in play-off and returned to Umaghlesi Liga. FC Dila Gori won the first trophy in 2011/2012 season when they defeated FC Zestafoni with the score 4:1 in the final match of Davit Kipiani Georgian Cup.
Coach and Dila
The head coach of the club has changed in the current season. From the end of March Gia Gigatadze is the head coach of the team. Under his leadership our rival lost the home match against Wit Georgia-1:2 and defeated FC Torpedo in Kutaisi-4:0.
Before Dinamo…
After winter pause FC Dila Gori defeated Torpedo in Georgian Cup match with the score 2:1. Besides this our rival lost with Guria-1:3, Zugdidi-1:2 and played draw with Wit Georgia 1:1. Dila defeated FC Merani-2:1 and FC Torpedo-2:0. Our rival also lost against Merani and Wit Georgia with the score 1:2. FC Dila won against Torpedo as well-4:0.
Dinamo VS Dila

In 1996 Dinamo defeated FC Dila Gori with the score 3:0 in Gori. Khomeriki, Demetradze and Kiknadze scored. In the second leg our team won with the score 4:0. Demetradze, Gogichaishvili, Iashvili and Kobiashvili scored.
In 1998 Dinamo was defeated with the score 1:2 in Tbilisi. In the second leg match our team won with the score 3:1. Khomeriki performed double. Besides him Ashvetia also scored in this match.
In 2000 Dinamo defeated FC Dila with the score 4:0. Tsitaishvili performed double. Khutsishvili and Anchabadze also scored in this match. Our team won the away match with the score 4:1 with Sakhvadze’s hattrick and Rukhadze’s goal.
In 2004 our team won both match with the score 1:0. Akhalaia and iashvili scored.
For the last time Dinamo and Dila competed on Geogian Cup in 2011. Dinamo playes the first leg on Basa -2:2. Jighauri and Kakhelishvili scored. The second leg match finished without scored goals on Kartli stadium.

Giorgi Vadachkoria will judge the first leg of Georgian Cup semi final match in which Dinamo Tbilisi will compete with FC Dila Gori on April 8. L. Todria and L. Varamishvili will be his assistants. B. Ninua and D. Kruashvili will be additional referees. T. Gvantseladze will be the fourth official.
The last match Giorgi Vadachkoria judged with the participation of Dinamo was XXV national championship XXIV round match-Dinamo 1:0 Zestafoni which took place at Dinamo Arena. Vadachkoria booked the players for three times.
