Dinamo Reserve team played the first match of the first round against FC Zestaponi at Vitali Daraselia Dinamo Football Academy. Vasil Maisuradze’s team defeated the rival with 3 goal difference-5:2 and started the new season with 3 points.
The match went on with the superiority of Dinamo players. On the 9th minute they even had chance to score but Budu Zivzivadze was not able to score with header. On 21st minute goalkeeper Tariel Khaindrava saved our team by repeling Giorgi Chankotadze’s attack. Zestaponi player Tornike Grigalashvili scored the first goal of the match on 21st minute-0:1. On 24th minute Saba Lobzhanidze’s attempt to score ended in vain while the ball was repeled by Zestaponi’s keeper Kakhaber Meshveliani. On the 36th minute Saba Kvernadze equalised the score 1:1 and the first half ended in draw.
Vasil Maisuradze’s team started the second half more actively. After Budu Zivzivadze’s header Dinamo scored another goal 2:1. On the 64th minute Saba Kvernadze made a double and the score became-3:1. On the 67th minute Zestaponi scored the second goal by penalty shot-3:2. On the 76th minute Archil Meskhi scored another goal-4:2. The final result was recorded by Gaga Murtskhvaladze on the 77th minute-5:2. Dinamo started the season with victory.
