The Georgian U17 national team started preparing for the elite round and played two friendly matches against the national team of Cyprus of their age.
The first matvh was held on January 16 and ended with a score of 1-1. The goal was scored as a result of a combination of Dinamo players, Nika Elisashvili's pass was effectively used by Nika Chikovani.
Georgia won the second match. The hosts opened the score on the 19th minute, which was answered by Giorgi Chubinidze with a goal in the first half. In the last minute of the match, Davit Gogilashvili scored the winning goal with a pass from Nika Chikovani, 1-2.
9 players from Dinamo Tbilisi were invited to the camp:
Saba Kharebashvili, Gigi Glunchadze, Giorgi Gvasalia, Shota Diakonidze, Nika Chikovani, Nika Elisashvili, Luka Tsulaia, Rezi Danelia and Vakho Salia.
U17 national team will participate in the elite round of the European Championship in March. To get to the final stage, our team will face Turkey, Denmark and Serbia.
