Draw with Zalgiris

Dinamo Tbilisi played the fifth friendly match against Lithuanian champion FK Zalgiris Vilnius at the camp in Turkey. The match took place against the background of strong wind and ended with draw 0-0 despite the scoring moments.

The first half of the match went on with Tbilisi's playing and territorial priority. Zalgiris defended itself well and tried to catch the opponent on the counterattack. Dinamo attacked a lot, it didn't come to the actual scoring moment, although Tornike Kirkitadze, Vagner Goncalves and Giorgi Moistsrapishvili intensified the attack several times. Instead, during a rare counter-attack, our rival gained a penalty, but they could not use it, so the half-time finished without goals 0-0. The second half of the match was tougher than the first one, but the advantage remained on the side of Tbilisi. Due to the rigid scenario, at one point, Barnes Osei suffered a minor injury and left the field. Dinamo became more active from the flanks, Luka Parkadze, Ousmane Camara and Dato Skhirtladze made sharp attacks. The people of Tbilisi also scored a goal. However, at the last second, Saba Khvadagiani was offside and the goal was canceled. Goalkeeper of Zalgiris saved the team in several episodes. He repelled hard shots from Imran and Davit Kobouri. In the end, the match ended without goals.
