Loss against Ludogorets

Today, Dinamo players played the fourth friendly match against Bulgarian champion Ludogorets. Zoran Marusic, Stanislav Bilenki, Anzor Mekvabishvili and Jaduli Iobashvili missed the match due to microtraumas. In the second half, the debut of Francis Nzaba, a newly recruited defender, took place in the ranks of our team. Young forward Davit Gotsiridze also played for the first time in the ranks of the first team.

 

The Bulgarians started the match actively and in the first minutes they gained the advantage. After several dangerous attacks, the players of Ludogorets won a penalty on the 14th minute, which Matias Tissera scored. After the conceded goal, Dinamo became more active and the match continued with a temporary advantage. In several moments, Vagner Goncalves, Barnes Osei and Imran Oulad Omar could have equalized the score, but none of them managed to hit the right shot at the last moment. In the second half, Dinamo made changes, methodically gained the playing advantage and attacked the opponent more aggressively. In the middle of the second half, a quick combination of the Tbilisi team ended with Tornike Kirkitadze going face-to-face with the goalkeeper, and the attacker could not beat the goalkeeper. In response, Davit Kereselidze also ran and deflected a dangerously hit ball in the far corner. After a while, Ludogorets' goal was saved once again, this time Gabriel Sigua's shot was deflected by the crossbar. Dinamo's attacks yielded results on the 76th minute, Francis Nzaba's raid from the left wing was thwarted by a player from Razgrad in violation of the rules. Imran took the free kick accurately and powerfully and the score was equalized. In the last minutes of the match, Ludogorets scored several corner kicks in front of Dinamo's goal, and Kirill Despodov successfully completed the third attempt and took the team ahead. Dinamo attacked in the remaining time, Imran scored a goal in the last minute, but a second earlier, the referee noted a violation of the rule and ended the match. 

 

Giorgi Tchiabrishvili's team will play the next match against the Lithuanian champion - FK Zalgiris on February 1.
