Today, Zestafoni hosted Georgian Cup semifinals. FC Dinamo Tbilisi competed with FC Torpedo Kutaisi at Davit Abashidze stadium.
Both teams started the match actively. Nodar Kavtaradze and Ousmane Camara exchanged dangerous moments. The game continued to be tough, and after half an hour, the hosts ended their fierce attack with the last, inaccurate pass. Dinamo created counter attack and Davit Skhirtladze could not reach the ball. Half time finished with the score 0-0. In the second half, Dinamo players started more actively and created several semi-dangerous moments. On 56th minute, the home team scored in the penalty area, Pedro Monteiro played well and opened the score. On 73rd minute of the match, Mauro Caballero scored the second goal against Dinamo and recorded the final result of the semi-final.
Giorgi Tchiabrishvili's team will hold the next match on November 6 in Saguramo, against FC Locomotive.
