Crystalbet Erovnuli Liga 26th round match was held at Dinamo Arena, in which FC Dinamo Tbilisi hosted FC Samgurali Tskaltubo.
Today's match was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the legendary captain of Dinamo - Avtandil “Basa” Ghoghoberidze. The football players came to the match wearing jerseys supporting Giorgi Tchiabrishvili. Before the start of the match, the captain of our team, Davit Skhirtladze, gave the jersey with number 100 to Basa's son - Tengiz Ghoghoberidze. The captain also awarded Giorgi Gabedava, the author of 100 goals in Georgian Umaghlesi Liga.
The hosts started the match actively and soon took gained priority. On the 6th minute of the match, Barnes Osei took advantage of Davit Skhirtladze's pass and opened the score with a shot from a long distance. In one minute, Dinamo players once again scored. Tornike Kirkitadze scored - 2-0. Both football players dedicated the scored goal to injured Davit Kereselidze. The match was continued by both teams in attacks and several dangerous moments were created, but without goals and the half time finished with the score 2-0. The teams resumed the second half in the same rhythm. On 64th minute, Barnes Osei made a quick counterattack of Dinamo, his shot was blocked by Levan Shovnadze at the last second, and then Ousmane Camara's shot missed Samgurali's door, and Stanislav Bilenki's header from a favorable position was blocked by the goalkeeper of Tskaltubo. Dinamo scored the third goal in the last minute of the match. Stanislav Bilenki took advantage of the Giorgi Moistsrapishvili’s pass. Dinamo won the match with the score 3-0.
Our team will hold the next match on September 14 in Batumi. It will compete with FC Dinamo Batumi in the 1/8 final of the Georgian Cup.
