Dinamo Tbilisi said goodbye to Jano Ananidze, who joined the club in April 2021 and since then, has played only one match (26 minutes). The 29-year-old midfielder took a long time to rehabilitate, failed to help the team in important matches for the European Championships and, one round before the end of the Championship, was still unable to train with the team.
The player wished to accompany the team in January and February on camp abroad and to have opportunity to regain form. As it was impossible to fully involve him in the training process due to the current situation, the club enacted the relevant paragraph of his contract and used the right to no longer extend the player's contract.
FC Dinamo Tbilisi wishes good luck to Jano Ananidze in the future and we hope that the most talented player will be able to play at a high level, not only at the club level, but also at the national team level.
