On November 30 Dinamo Tbilisi will compete with FC Guria Lanchkhuti in Umaghlesi Liga XIVI round match. The match will start at 15:00 and traditionally official web-page of our club will offer text and video live of the match.
Our rival
The initial name of football club founded in Lanchkhuti in 1926 was Kim. The club was abolished during World War II and in 1952 FC Kolmeurne appeared instead of FC Kim. From 1960 the club exists with the current name. FC Guria reached big success in 1961. They became the first team in the republic and repeated this success in 1966 and 1971 years. The club won Georgian cup in 1965, 1966 and 1971. FC Guria succeeded on Shota Shavgulidze’s Cup in 1977. FC Guria appeared in Soviet championship division B in 1967 for the first time and became a serious obstacle for other teams. After taking the first place in division B in 1986 FC Guria moved to upper division. After 1990 FC Guria became the first team in independent Georgian football to win Georgian Cup. FC Guria Lanchkhuti successfully played in Umaghlesi Liga till 1999 but in this year it fell to Pirveli Liga. After taking the first place in Pirveli Liga group A the club moved to Umaghlesi Liga again after a long pause.
Coach and Guria
Teimuraz Loria is the head coach of FC Guria since August. He led Guria in 2012-2013 season. In the end of the first stage our rival has played 13 matches and gained 15 points under his leadership. Guria is on the eleventh place in the table.
Before Dinamo…
FC Guria started the championship badly. In the first match our rival was defeated by Zestafoni with the score 6:0. After that was draw with Shukura and defeat with Sapovnela on Georgian Cup-1:2. Then was draw with Metalurgi-0:0, defeat with Dila-0:2, victory with Kolkheti-3:2 and Merani-1:0, draw with Wit Georgia-1:1, Spartak-1:1 and Torpedo-2:2, victory with Dinamo Batumi-1:2, defeat with Zugdidi-1:2 and Samtredia-1:3 and draw with Chikhura-2:2.

These teams have held 25 matches in national championship. In these matches Dinamo has the priority, for our team has won for 20 times. FC Guria Lanchkhuti has won 2 matches and 3 matches finished with draw. The goal difference is 75:15 in favor of our team.

On May 1999 at X national championship XXVII round Dinamo defeated the rival with the score 7:1. Ashvetia scored three goals in this match.
