Roi Reinshreiber will judge Dinamo vs Gabala

Referees from Israel will judge the first leg of UEFA Europa League first qualifying round match between FC Dinamo Tbilisi and Gabala FK. 35 year old Roi Reinshreiber will judge the match. David Elias Biton (ISR) and Idan Yarkoni (ISR) will be his assistants. Zvi Levi will be the fourth official. George Fantaros from Cyprus will be UEFA delegate. Swiss Cyril Zimmermann will be UEFA referee observer.
