After the match at Dinamo Arena in which FC Dinamo Tbilisi defeated Gabala FK 2:1, traditional Post-match press conference was held. Gia Geguchadze and Roman Hryhorchuk answered the questions of journalists.
Gia Geguchadze: In brief this applause is untimely, although thank you for appraising boys. Today’s victory doesn’t mean that we are already on the next stage. This was a very hard match and we were left with 10 players, although we scored 2 goals in such situation that means that efficient team is under formation. Aleksandre Iashvili’s appearance played a big role. I want to thank the boys. Gabala is a quite good time but our players didn’t give them chance to play their football.
Roman Hryhorchuk: I expected more from my team. I can say that we played badly in the first half. Yesterday I have already mentioned that our team needs time to combine. We spent much energy on gaining the ball in the first half. I am sure the team will improve. The main thing is to win these matches. We had chances but couldn’t use them. Our rival played with ten players and scored 2 goals. They played well on counter attacks and we made mistakes. The main thing is not to make the same mistakes in the second leg. We have chances and must do our best to win.
