FK Vojvodina Novi Sad became champion of Yugoslavia twice in 1966 and 1989. It became vice-champion for 4 times and won bronze medals for 10 times. In 2014 it gained Serbian Cup. Our rival is on the fifth place with 35 points gained in 22 matches in the current championship. Serbian team is in Belek since January 26 and played four sparring matches. It defeated FC Oleksandriya 3:2, lost with FC Viitorul 0:1 and played draw with FC Shakhter Karagandy 1:1 and FC ViOn Zlate Moravce 2:2.
Two Dinamo footballers have played in FK Vojvodina. In 2009-2010 current director of FC Dinamo Tbilisi Mikheil Khutsishvili and in 2010-2012 Giorgi Merebashvili played in Serbian team.
