Today the last group stage match of Bendela Cup took place at Bendela stadium in which Dinamo reserve team competed with FC Saburtalo. Kakhi Gogichaishvili’s team won the match with the score 1:0.
Both teams had priority in the first half of the match but the goalkeepers played well and saved their teams for several times. The first half finished without goals-0:0.
Our team played better in the second team. On 62nd minute Otar Kakabaze attacked from left wing but suddenly he was stopped very roughly so the penalty shot was appointed by the referee. Archil Meskhi kicked exactly and scored 1:0. This appeared to be the only goal of the match and Dinamo gained victory and right to play in ¼ final of Bendela Cup. The name of Dinamo’s rival in play-off will be revealed afterwards.
