Today third day matches of Vitali Daraselia International Tournamnet took place at Dinamo academy and training ground. 4 teams that will compete for the trophy were revealed. The third days started with the match between Dinamo 2 and Locomotive. Our team was very motivated but it was dependent on the results of other matches. FC Locomotive had won two matches from two and was leading the group. The match finished with the victory of Dinamo 2- 2:1. Luka beriashvili opened the score. In two minutes, Sandro Kvirikashvili equalized the score. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored the second goal in the second half.
In parallel the match between Lechia and Trabzonsor was held at Dinamo training ground. The match went on with the priority of Trabzonspor and finished with its victory 2:0. Turkish team moved to semi final where it will compete with Dinamo Tbilisi. Sefa Akgun performed double today.
Sheriff competed with Besiktas JK. The match finished with draw 0:0, although both teams had chance to score.
FC Dinamo Tbilisi who already was in semi-final, competed with very motivated AZ Alkmaar. Both teams played well and did their best. Finally, on 42nd minute, Anton Q. Olivier Fase scored the only goal of the match and AZ Alkmaar took the second place in the group.
Tomorrow Mikheil Meskhi stadium will host semi-final matches. At 16:00 Dinamo will compete with Trabzonspor, at 18:00 AZ Alkmaar will play against Locomotive. The other two matches between Sheriff and Lechia at 18:00, Dinamo 2 and Besiktas JK at 20:00 will take place at Dinamo academy stadium.
