Loss in Samtredia

Today 29th round match was held in Samtredia, at the stadium named after Eros Manjgaladze, in which Samtredia hosted Dinamo.

It should be said from the beginning that due to the rain, the field was in a rather bad condition, and it was difficult to show a well-thought-out combination or technical game on it. The match started badly for the guests, already in the second minute Zviad Nachkebia scored with one touch and Samtredia advanced. Dinamo players created the first scoring opportunity on the 10th minute of the match, after passing Ousmane Camara, Anzor Mekvabishvili narrowly missed the goal. On the 18th minute, Dinamo attacked again and Anzor Mekvabishvili failed to use Davit Skhirtladze's pass, which was contributed to by the aforementioned bad field. In ten minutes, Mekvabishvili again and the defender changed the direction of his shot towards the corner. On the 38th minute, Samtredia already had two scoring chances, in both cases Giorgi Loria repelled the shot. Samtredia won the half.

Dinamo resumed the second half with a triple change, Davit Kobouri, Jaduli Iobashvili and Zoran Marusic entered the field. At the start of the second half, Aleksander Mishov was leading the attack of Samtredians, Giorgi Loria met the ball on the spot. In response, Iobashvili sent Marusic hit his head, but inaccurately. On the 56th minute, the citizens of the capital gave a corner, Saba Khvadagiani headed the ball, then Aleksandre Kalandadze and the difference was restored to 1-1. In 5 minutes, Dinamo missed another goal, precisely by Aleksander Mishov. On the 81st minute, Revaz Injgia, who came on as a substitute, scored another goal to make it 3-1. In the time compensated by the referee, Anzor Mekvabishvili shot accurately from the approach to the penalty area and the final score was 3-2.

Dinamo will play the next match on October 21 after the national team break. Andres Carrasco's team will host FC Gagra.
