Georgian national U17 team started European championship qualifying stage and competed with Latvia in the first match of group (group stage matches are held in Tbilisi). Giorgi Nemsadze’s team defeated the rival with minimal score 1:0. Dinamo footballer Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored the only goal of the match. Today six footballers from Dinamo Tbilisi played this match: Kharshiladze, Azarov, Kvaratskhelia, Jangveladze, Davitashvili (captain) and Mekvabishvili. Young crusaders will play the next match on October 27 against Montenegro.
