Dinamo Tbilisi has announced a structural reorganization. According to the decision of the president of the club Roman Pipia, the reason for the reorganization is the necessary steps to be taken for the development of the club and a change in the personnel policy.
In order to effectively implement the activities of the club, it is important to optimize the management and key positions of Dinamo Tbilisi.
After reorganization, Dinamo Tbilisi will be managed by the Board of Directors
(so-called Board), and the new sports director will take over the direction of sports whose functions and duties, in addition to staffing the main team and improving the results, will be to form changes and structure in the academy.
A new business direction will appear in the structure of Dinamo Tbilisi, the aim of which will be to ensure the financial condition of the club, human resource management, relations with sponsors, marketing projects, domestic and international communications and media relations.
Dinamo Tbilisi Board will be staffed with people responsible for specific directions. Accordingly, board members will be held accountable for specific strategic tasks.
"We are working on the right model of how the structure of Dinamo Tbilisi can be strengthened. I think now is the right time to start the structural and organizational formation of the club. This will allow Dinamo to develop into a modern, financially strong and result-oriented club, ”said Roman Pipia, the club's president.
According to the decision of the President of Dinamo Tbilisi, the structural reorganization of the club must be completed by September 1 of the current year, on the basis of which the new structure will be approved.
Roman Pipia will hold a press conference on staff changes and structural shifts in the first week of September, where he will introduce the club leadership to media and fans.
