FK Mornar represents a town of Bar on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. The team plays its home matches at the 2,500-capacity Topolica Stadium, while Dinamo will play at the 4,300-capacity DG Arena in Podgorica. Mornar's club colors are blue and white.

Mornar finished the Montenegrin championship on the second place with 64 points, which is considered the best achievement in the club's history. Our rival team defeated FK Buducnost, the most titled team in the country, with 3 points. FK Decic became the champion, that was 6 points behind our future rival. Therefore Mornar will compete on Euro arena for the first time in its history. The head coach of the team is a local football specialist, Simo Medigović.

FK Mornar was founded in 1923 and was originally called Crnojevic. From 1945, the club participated under several names - Jadran, Obnova and Tempo. Mornar achieved his first tangible success in 1950. The team started playing in the Montenegrin Republican League. From 1950 to 2006, Mornar spent many seasons in the Republic League and celebrated the championship for three times - in 1989, 1995 and 2001. In 1995, Mornar did a double, winning the Republican Cup along with the championship. Mornar achieved a historic result in the summer of 2009, when they won a ticket to the First League (higher league) of Montenegro.
