Georgian U16 national team held its first match against Zambia at UEFA Development Cup in Rustavi.
The main time of the match finished with draw 1-1, and in young crusaders won in penalties with the score 4-3 and added another bonus point to one point earned for draw.
The score was opened by the guests at the end of the first half. On 73rd minute of the match, Dinamo players Vakho Salia and Lekso Peikrishvili created a good combination, which finished with Peikrishvili’s goal.
Giorgi Khizanishvili's team will hold the second match on May 16 against Azerbaijan. 6 Dinamo footballers -Davit Keldishvili, Rati Grigalava, Temur Odikadze, Luka Bubuteishvili, Lekso Peikrishvili and Vakho Salia.
