The President of Dinamo Tbilisi - Mr. Roman Pipia has hosted honorable guests. Our club was visited by delegation of football club Dinamo Moscow under the leadership of the president of club - Mr. Gennadi Solovyov. Guests have visited training ground in Digomi, also Dinamo Arena and football academy named after Vitaly Daraselia and school. The main subject of this friendly visit was the planned two matches to be held on 7 July in Tbilisi in which the first teams of Dinamo Tbilisi and Dinamo Moscow, as well as the veterans of these teams will meet.
Roman Pipia (the president of FC Dinamo Tbilisi) - I am pleased to inform you, that on 7 July will take place a big celebrating football day in Tbilisi. I’m really sure, that both matches will cause a great interest of the Georgian fans and a huge audience will gather at Dinamo Arena. It is most important project, but certainly our cooperation will last in future as well.
Gennadi Solovyov ( the president of FC Dinamo Moscow) - I hope our matches in July will be visited by lots of fans. It is 90 years since the Dinamo society exists and our communication must be reestablished. I can't even imagine Georgian football without Russian and the Russian football without Georgian. We shouldn't forget about our historical relations. I would like to thank my friend Mr. Roman for such a warm reception. I am sure that our cooperation will bring more significant results. I wish the next official match between Dinamo Tbilisi and Dinamo Moscow to be held in the Champions League.
