Dinamo Tbilisi will hold the seventh friendly match at the Turkish camp against FCI Levadia that is on the second place in its championship.
Levadia was founded in 1998 in Maardu and moved to Tallinn in 2004. The team plays its home matches at the 14,000 capacity Lillecula Stadium (Le Coq Arena), and the club colors are white and green.
Levadia has been competing in the Estonian Premier League since 1999 and has never left the division. Levadia won the Estonian championship (Meistriliga) 10 times. The Tallinn team also won the Estonian Cup 10 times and the Super Cup 8 times. Levadia celebrated the last season by winning the Supercup and winning silver medals in the championship.
The paths of Dinamo and Levadia crossed in the first qualifying stage of the Champions League draw of the 2005-2006 season. On July 12, Dinamo lost the match in Tallinn with a minimal difference of 0-1, and in one week, Tbilisi won with 2 unanswered goals at Dinamo Arena. At the end of the first half, Levan Melkadze opened the score, and in the debut of the second half, Sergo Orbeladze scored the second goal.
The Estonians arrived in Turkey on February 4 and will play the first match of preparations against Dinamo. Before that, the team was preparing on the local level. On January 14, Levadia drew 1-1 with Narva. The goal was scored by Nikita Dronov, and on January 20, they beat their fellow town Flora 2-1 with a double from Felipe Fellicius. Georgian attacker Zakaria Beglarishvili has been competing in the Tallinn team since 2021.
From 2022, the Spanish football specialist and former player of Valencia - Curro Torres works as the head coach of the Tallinn team.
