Loss in Gori with 9 players...

Gori hosted Erovnuli Liga 15th round match, in which local Dila and Dinamo faced each other. The visit of the capitals traditionally attracted the interest of the fans and the stadium was filled. Tbilisi started the match actively and opened the score on the 5th minute in their debut. Nika Ugrekhelidze sent the ball from Kike Lopez's corner into the home team's goal with an accurate header. In the first half, Dinamo could have taken the lead for several times, but they failed to take advantage of several favorable situations. The moments of Vakho Salia and Oscar Santis are worth mentioning. Towards the end of the half, Giorgi Loria showed his class and blocked two difficult shots. Dila players started the second half actively and Joao Nobrega equalized the score. On the 55th minute of the match, in a more controversial situation, the referee showed Aleksandre Kalandadze the second yellow card and he left the field. Dinamo continued the match with ten men, and the hosts gained the upper hand, although the guests also tried to play dangerously on the counterattack. Our players found themselves in a difficult situation, it is also worth mentioning that the referee added 10(!) minutes to the match after that, and in the compensated time, Dila took advantage and Ibrahima Drame recorded the final score 2-1. Before this scoring attack, rules were abrogated against Saba Kharebashvili, but this moment was not noticed by the referees. In the last minute of extra time, Giorgi Gvasalia could have equalized, but his shot was blocked by the goalkeeper. Andres Carrasco's team will hold the next match on May 23 at Dinamo Arena against FC Dinamo Batumi.
