Our Rival
FC Sioni Bolnisi plays in Georgian national championship from 1995. The team plays home matches in Bolnisi at Tamaz Stepania’s stadium which is for 3300 spectators. The main symbols of the club are in white and yellow colors. FC Sioni Bolnisi achieved the biggest success in its history in 2005/2006 when FC Sioni won national championship and played at qualifying round of UEFA Champions League. In 2013/2014 our rival took the third place in national championship.
Coach and Sioni
Vladimer Burduli is the head coach of FC Sioni Bolnisi since October 2013. Under his leadership our rival took the third place in national championship in 2013/2014 season and played on Europa League. In the first round Sioni competed with Albanian Flamurtari. In the home match our rival was defeated with the score 2:3. The away match finished with the score 2:1 in favor of Sioni, although this score wasn’t enough for our rival to move to the next stage.
Before Dinamo…
In 2013/2014 our rival took the third place in national championship and played on Europa League. In the first round Sioni competed with Albanian Flamurtari. In the home match our rival was defeated with the score 2:3. The away match finished with the score 2:1 in favor of Sioni, although this score wasn’t enough for our rival to move to the next stage. Afterwards Sioni played friendly match with Ararat Yerevan -2:1 and was defeated by Dila Gori with the score 3:2. In the first round of XXVI national championship Sioni defeated Chikhura Sachkhere with the score 1:0.

Bakur Ninua will judge Dinamo VS Sioni which will take place at Dinamo Arena on August 17. L. Varamishvili and A. Kokaia will be his assistants. M. Beuklishvili will be the fourth official. The last match Bakur Ninua judged with the participation of Dinamo took place on April 12, 2014 Dinamo 0:1 Sioni. In this match Bakur Ninua showed three yellow cards to footballers.
