The 13th round match of Erovnuli Liga took place at Dinamo Arena, in which the our team hosted Telavi.
Before the match, our club director Zaza Dolidze presented Dinamo forward Mate Vatsadze with a symbolic gift. The forward played his 100th match in the championship yesterday wearing the jersey of our team.
The match itself started with the advantage of Tbilisi team and the first half was completely controlled by them. The score was opened on the 27th minute. Vakho Salia broke into the penalty area from the left wing and made a pass to Vako Gvilia who had entered the center, Mate Vatsadze passed the ball and Gvilo scored his debut goal for Dinamo 1-0. The second goal was also scored by Dinamo with a beautiful combination, and Tsotne Berelidze's penetrating pass was received by Tornike Morchiladze on the right wing, broke into the penalty area and scored the second time. Before that, the guests had a tense moment, the Telavi team dangerously executed a free kick, which was saved by Stepan Sikach. In the added minutes of the half, during the Telavi team's attack, Saba Khvadagiani tried to intercept the ball, and the moment ended with an own goal, 2-1. In the second half, the guests gained territorial advantage, but it did not reach a real dangerous moment and the match ended with a 2-1 victory for Dinamo.
Vladimer Kakashvili's team will play their next match on May 12 at Mikheil Meskhi 2, against FC Gareji.
