Georgian youth national team hosted Iceland in an international friendly match and defeated the rival with the score 3:1. Captain of the national team and forward of FC Dinamo Tbilisi Otar Kiteishvili scored the first goal on 7th minute at Mikheil Meskhi stadium. In the middle of the second half our rival equalized the score with Yeinarson’s goal. On 67th and 68th minutes Tchanturia performed double and recorded the final result of the match. Tchanturia’s first goal was followed by Otar Kiteishvili’s and Giorgi Chakvetadze’s combination. Besides Kiteishvili, Beka Mikeltadze played during the whole match from our team. Luka Lochoshvili, Davit Kobouri and Giorgi Chakvetadze entered the field afterwards. Gia Geguchadze’s team will play the second match against Iceland on March 25. The match at Mikheil Meskhi stadium will start at 14:00.
