Today new stadium in Batumi-Batumi Arena hosted Erovnuli Liga 12th round central match between FC Dinamo Batumi and FC Dinamo Tbilisi. The match between champion and vice-champion started with high interesting. It’s worth mentioning that our team played with T-shirts, designed specially for this day, as it was Dinamo’s 1000th match in national championship. We remind, that FC Dinamo Tbilisi is the only team that has never left Umaghlesi Liga (including Soviet championship).
The match started in high speed. The host team gained territorial priority in the beginning. On 8th minute the first dangerous moment was created when Roin Kvaskhvadze repelled Jaba Jighauri’s kick on corner. After the first minutes, the guest team managed to gained territorial priority and passed two corners in short period of time. On 18th minute Mamuka Kobakhidze kicked header after corner kick, but Roin Kvaskhvadze was ready to receive this ball. Jaba Jighauri scored in the end of the first half. On 45th minute Giorgi Gabedava missed the target. In the next episode Fabian Sporkslede kicked but missed the target. Dinamo started the second half actively. On 54th minute Dinamo kicked 2 corners. Zoran Marusic kicked but Lazare Kupatadze played well. On 58th Anri Mekvabishvili kicked, but Lazare Kupatadze saved his team. After that Bakar Kardava missed the target. On 63rd minute Jano Ananidze substituted Bakar Kardava. On 74th minute Seku Keita and Milan Radin attacked. After that nothing has changed and the host team won the match with the score 1:0. Giorgi Nemsadze’s team will play the next match on May 12 against FC Saburtalo.
