The 1/16 final match of the Georgian Cup was held in Zestaponi today, in which FC Shukura Kobuleti hosted FC Dinamo Tbilisi. These teams have competed with each other for the second time in the last two weeks. On April 7, Dinamo won Erovnuli Liga match with the score 2-0 at Zestafoni stadium.
Th match started in high speed and our team had chance to score on 6th minute. Bakar Kardava kicked from penalty area, but crossbar saved our rival. We remind that this time only one match solves the winner for the next stage on Georgian cup. On 23rd minute Giorgi Kutsia attacked and gave a good pass to Tornike Akhvlediani who missed the target. The host team attacked in response and Levan Ingorokva missed the target. The first half finished with the score 0:0, although Davit Mujiri had a good chance in the end of the first half. He was alone in front of the goalkeeper, but kicked inexactly. Shukura started the second half actively and on 53rd minute Shalva Ekvtimishvili’s attack finished with the goal. In several minutes Luka Kutaladze saved his team from the second goal. Dinamo made substitutions and Luka Gagnidze and Milan Radin entered the field. On 65th minute this time Gabriel Tebidze saved Shukura from goal when repelled Tornike Akhvlediani’s kick from short distance. On 73rd minute penalty was appointed against our team. Giorgi Chelebadze kicked it inexactly and goalkeeper continued the game. On 88th minute Levan Ingorokva attacked and Luka Kutaladze played well. During additional time, Zoran Marusic had a good moment, but goalkeeper played well. Finally FC Shukura won the match with the score 1:0.
