FC Zorya Luhansk was established in 1923 year. It was called “Metalist” at first. After that it was called "Dzerzhynets" Trudovi Rezervy and Zorya-MALS. Our rival plays home matches at
Slavutych-Arena in Zaporizhzhia. Main colors of the club are black and white. 1972 is considered to be Zorya’s best season, when the team won Soviet Championship. In 1974 and 1975 years our rival played Crystal Cup final and won silver medals. The same happened in 2015/2016 when lost Ukrainian Cup final with Shakhtar -0:2. In 2016/17 years Zorya won bronze medals. In the last season Zorya gained the first place.
FC Zorya Luhansk has already played several matches on the camp. The team will finished the camp with the match against FC Dinamo Tbilisi. Our rival is in Turkey since January 7. On January 12 Zorya played draw 2:2 with Rakow, on January 15 it lost with Piast - 1-2, on January 19 played draw with Vojvodina-2:2, on January 26 our rival played another draw 1:1 against FC FC Zorya Shkendija. On January 29 it defeated Nigerian MFM F.C.-2:1 and lost with Valmiera FC 0:1 on February 2.
