Drawing will be held on August 9 and Dinamo will compete with one of the following teams: Fola Esch (Luxemburg), Djurgårdens IF (Sweden), Budućnost Podgorica (Montenegro), Flora (Estonia), Dynamo Brest (Belarus), Riga (Latvia), Connah's Quay Nomads (Wales), KÍ Klaksvík (Faroe Islands), Europa (Gibraltar), Celje (Slovenia), Ararat-Armenia (Armenia), KuPS (Finland), KR (Iceland), Tirana (Albania), Sileks (North Macedonia), Floriana (Malta) and the winner of preliminary qualifying round in which Linfield (North Ireland), Drita (Kosovo) Tre Fiori (San Marino) and Inter Club d'Escaldes (Andorra).
