Today XXVI national championship last, 30th round match was held. FC Dinamo Tbilisi hosted FC Chikhura and defeated the rival with the score 3:0. Gia Geguchadze’s team gained territorial and game priority from the beginning and scored all the three goals in the first half. On 11th minute Giorgi Papunashvili scored the first goal. It was his 14th goal in national championship. In nine minutes one more penalty was appointed and Lasha Totadze scored the second goal 2:0. On 34th minute Vakhtang Tchanturishvili attacked from left wing, went to the center and scored the third goal. In seven minutes Giorgi Papunashvili had chance to score the fourth goal, but failed. Our team had chance to score in the second half but couldn’t use the chance. Our rival had two moments to score but Libor Hrdlicka saved our team. On 68th minute the goalkeeper saved Dinamo from Mumladze and on the last minute of the match Mumladze and Mishiko Sardalishvili tried to score. Finally Gia Geguchadze’s first match in Dinamo finished with the score 3:0 in favor of Dinamo Tbilisi and finished XXVI national championship on the third place.
FC Dinamo Tbilisi will prepare for Georgian Cup final that will be held on May 26. Our team will compete with FC Samtredia at Mikheil Meskhi stadium at 19:00.
