Sport newspaper Lelo assessed the first stage and named nominees of Georgian national championship.
Head coach of our team Gia Geguchadze was named as the best coach. Under his leadership our team played 20 official matches and won 18 of them, lost once and one match finished with draw. The goal difference is 49/14.
The best midfielder of the first stage became Jaba Jighauri. He recorded the best result and scored 10 goals.
Dinamo captain Aleksandre Iashvili became the best forward. He made 9 goal passes. Bombardier of Dinamo Giorgi Kvilitaia was named as the discovery of the season. Young forward joined our team in summer and scored 15 goals in the first stage. Lelo named Mate Tsintsadze as the best young footballer. All the three named young footballers (Otar Kakabadze, Otar Kiteishvili) are from Dinamo. Mate Tsintsadze spent 1600 minutes on the field. The best foreigner player became Rene Fereira.
Aleksandre Iashvili became the best footballer of 2015/2016 season first stage. Jaba Jighauri took the second place in this nomination.
Lelo named the symbolic team of the first stage. 5 Dinamo players – defenders Otar Kakabadze and Rene Fereira, midfielder Jaba Jighauri, forwards Aleksandre Iashvili and Giorgi Kvilitaia appeared in the symbolic team of the first stage. Gia Geguchadze became the head coach of the symbolic team.
