We talked with veteran footballer of Dinamo Tbilisi Aleksandre Iashvili on the eleventh day of the camp. Dinamo Tbilisi is in Belek since January 30 and has already played three sparring matches. The main issues of our conversation is the last camp in his career, new coach and the mood of team 10 days before renewing national championship.
On the camp
This is the last camp for me as a footballer. So its twice more important for me. It’s incredible to achieve success without good preparation. Every footballer tries to do its best here. Here are the best conditions for training and rest.
On a new coach
First of all we must mention the great work of Gia Geguchadze I the team. It wasn’t easy for Dinamo to part with him. The changes are always natural. As for a new coach, he wants to show his game and needs rime for this but it seems he has very interesting working process. He is very sociable and communicative that is also very important. He asks for aggressive and fast game. This philosophy coincides with ours and I am sure everything will be all right.
Sparrings on the camp
It’s very important to play proper and good sparring matches on the camp to see your possibilities and power as well as negative sides. All the three teams we competed with on the camp are very good and strong rivals. The next two teams are also serious teams. Self-confidence is the most important in football. You must believe that you aren’ worse that your rival. Making good analysis especially for young players is important.
New footballers, environment and goals
Dinamo added three footballers from national team who has been playing in European clubs for years. Spanish footballer Alvaro also joined our team. This raises competition and it is very important for development of a player. The environment is perfect and everybody is very friendly. Dinamo has only one goal-to win and gain trophies, play on Euro arena and glad the supporters.
