Today Dinamo Arena hosted national championship XIX round match. FC Dinamo Tbilisi competed with FC Merani Martvili and defeated the rival with the score 2:0. The guest team created the first dangerous moment, when Jikia kicked from long distance but the ball overcame Dinamo’s door. In two minutes Giorgi Kvilitaia kicked with header. On 25th minute our footballers played a good combination and Giorgi Kvilitaia scored his 16th goal in the championship. Aleksandre Iashvili gave him a good pass. In five minute Kvilitaia had chance to score once more but kicked inexactly. In the next episode Merani had chance to score but Khabelashvili couldn’t score. On 40th minute Aleksandre Iashvili kicked from corner, Aleksandre Amisulashvili received the ball and scored 2:0. Not many moments were created in the second half. On 51st minute Kvilitaia had chance to score after Giorgi Tevzadze’s pass but in vain. Merani footballers Lasha Jghamaia and Imeda Ashortia created dangerous moments but Libor Hrdlicka saved his team in both episodes. In the end of the match Rene Fereira kicked but our footballers couldn’t reach the ball. After this match Dinamo is on the first place with 52 points. It will play the next match on March 12 against FC Zugdidi.
