President of FC Dinamo Tbilisi answered the questions of portals: worldsport.ge, sportall.ge, goal.ge, allsport.ge and jako.fm. Here is the interview without changes.
-First of all I want to thank media for broadcasting the match against Alashkert FC. I felt the support of all media types and this is very important for us. We supported journalists and they attended the match in Yerevan. This will continue in future as well.
Dinamo honors journalists and their job. Special thanks to representatives of electronic media. Many of them accompanied us in Yerevan. I think our press service department made a good decision in this direction.
Now I will try to answer all your questions completely.
-How would you estimate match against Alashkert FC and what do you think about our chances with GNK Dinamo Zagreb?
-Dinamo played the first half quite well and scored a goal. Although they had several more moments and failed to score. It was very hot and it was impossible to keep speed. Besides this the winner team was already revealed. I understand footballers. They were thinking about the next stage. Croatian observes also attended the match.
As for the next stage, we aren’t without chances with Zagreb. I watched its matches and Vardar didn’t play less. The winner wasn’t revealed till the end. Our coach attended this match and saw the possibilities of our rival. Champion of Croatia couldn’t hide the game.
So Juraj must decide now which tactic to use and what strategy to plan. I am sure footballers will also do their best. Our goal is to move to the next stage.
-Juraj Jarabek has signed one year contract with Dinamo. Will the result on Euro arena decide his future in the club?
-The main part of our agreement and my demand was to take Dinamo in Champions League group stage.
-Do you plan changes in the team in spite of results on Euro arena?
-I can’t discuss this issue in such way. The team must do its best to achieve success. I wll repeat that the main goal of Dinamo is to play in group stage!
Those who deserve will stay and those who want to leave will decide themselves. We will agree on everything.
-How do you think on what stage of development is Dinamo at the moment and when will you see the result after such a big job you did and finances you spent?
Thanks to God everything is all right in the club and I can say that we are full members of European family in this direction. We satisfy international standards and parameters. Although it wasn’t achieved in a day and this is a very complicated process.
It wasn’t easy to do the infrastructure and I admit that if we don’t have result it’s inadequate to spent such budget for national championship only. Everybody must understand this.
I will do my best for success and everybody will be all right if we achieve success. I do everything and my door is always open for footballers but demand the same from them.
I don’t spend so much money for my personal pleasure. I want to glad our supporters and make them to come to the stadium.
-You pay much attention to the academy as well…
- Vitali Daraselia tournament showed us that very talented generation is growing. My main goal is to make great footballers from them.
Dinamo must be staffed from footballers of the academy. For this we plan to participate in Vitali Daraselia international tournament among U19 teams next year as well. We also work on tournament among U15 teams. They will also participate in international tournaments.
