Forward of Dinamo Tbilisi, honorable master of sports Zaur Kaloev was born in 1931 in Tbilisi. He played in Dinamo Tbilis in 1953–1956 and 1959–1964 years. In 279 matches he score 164 goals. Zaur Kaloev was distinguished for his unique style of playing. In 1959 and 1960 years he became the bombardier of the championship with 16 and 20 goals scored. He is the member of Fedotov’s Club with 139 goals. Kaloev is the owner of silver medal of 1953 Soviet championship and prizeman of 1959 and 1962 years. In 1960 he won gold medal. Zaur Kaloev died on December 23, 1997.
