Dinamo-2 hosted FC Sioni Bolnisi in Georgian Cup 1/16 final at Tbilisi Sea training ground.
Our team started the match actively and Jaduli Iobashvili opened the score with an accurate shot on the second minute. Dinamo increased their attacks and won a penalty kick on the 27th minute. Tornike Morchiladze scored a penalty in Panenka style. After a while, Giorgi Chkhetiani received two warnings and Dinamo was left on the field with 10 players. The guest team increased their attacks and created several dangerous moments. Dinamo won the half time with the score 2-0. In the second half, Bolnisi players resumed active attacks and won the right to a penalty, but Luka Kupatadze blocked Luka Khorkheli's shot. On 50th minute of the match, Ivan Potskhveria scored one goal - 2:1. Sioni players went on massive attacks, while Dinamo waited for their chance for counterattack. 5 minutes before the end of the match, Ivan Potskhveria scored a double and restored the status quo. Dinamo did not give up and scored the third goal during additional time. Dimitri Ghurtskaia scored the winning goal and the match finished with the score 3-2.
In the 1/8 final match, which will be held in September, Vladimir Kakashvili's team will meet the winner between FC Machakhela and FC Dila Gori.
