Today, Georgian Cup 1/8 final match was held at the Tbilisi Sea training ground, in which the second team of Dinamo hosted FC Dila Gori.
The match started with sharp attacks by an experienced opponent, which brought the result by the tenth minute. The guests opened the score on the 9th minute with Tornike Jangidze's auto goal, and in the next attack, Thierry Gaili increased the difference to two. Young Dinamo tried to correct the situation and increased their attacks. In the middle of the half, Dinamo failed to use three favorable episodes with a goal lead, and it can be said that they missed the turning point in the meeting. Vladimir Kakashvili's team fought to the end in all situations, but it never came to the actual scoring moment. Gaili scored a double on the 66th minute, and Francisco Madinga scored the fourth goal for the host team on the 81st minute. In a couple of minutes, a penalty was awarded in the penalty area, which Zurab Eradze executed exactly and the final score was 1-4.
We remind you that the second team of Dinamo defeated FC Aragvi, FC Sulori Vani and FC Sioni Bolnisi until the 1/8 finals. The next match in League 3 will be held on September 17 against Bakhmaro.
